In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. You can generally expect delivery within 7 to 14 business days.

• Small Goods - $20 Flat Rate (Metro Cities Only)
• Large Goods - $49 Flat Rate (Metro Cities Only)

Shipping to be Quoted (outside metro cities - Large Items Only )

At Lift Lock Load, we strive to provide the most accurate and cost-effective shipping options for all orders. For orders that do not fall under our standard flat-rate metro shipping, a custom shipping quote will be provided to ensure you receive the best possible rate for your location and order size.

When is Shipping to Be Quoted Required?

• Orders containing large or bulky items (e.g., large bins, oversized materials).
• Deliveries to locations outside our metro flat-rate zones.
• When standard courier services are unable to accommodate the package dimensions or weight.

How Does Shipping to be Quoted Work:

1. Contact Us for a shipping quote

Our team will be happy to assist you with an accurate shipping cost based on your location and order details.

2. Receive Your Shipping Quote

Our team will assess the best shipping options based on item size, weight, and destination. A detailed shipping cost estimate will be sent via email within 24 business hours.

3. Approve the Quote & Place Your Order

If you’re happy with the shipping cost, proceed to checkout and place your order online. Select "Shipping to Be Quoted" at checkout. Your order will be processed but not shipped until the shipping payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping invoice & final confirmation

Once the order is placed, we will send you a separate invoice for the shipping fee. After receiving the shipping payment, we will proceed with the order dispatch.

5. Order dispatch & tracking

Once the shipping fee is paid, your order will be packed and shipped immediately. A tracking number will be provided for order monitoring.

Battery Delivery disclaimer

Due to the nature of battery shipping, please note that if no one is available at the delivery address, the battery will be left at the door and a photo will be taken as proof of delivery. This is because batteries cannot be redelivered or taken to a post office or alternate location for collection.
