Shipping to be Quoted (outside metro cities - Large Items Only)

At Lift Lock Load, we strive to provide the most accurate and cost-effective shipping options for all orders. For orders that do not fall under our standard flat-rate metro shipping, a custom shipping quote will be provided to ensure you receive the best possible rate for your location and order size.

When is Shipping to Be Quoted Required?

• Orders containing large or bulky items (e.g., ladders, large bins, oversized materials).
• Deliveries to locations outside our metro flat-rate zones.
• When standard courier services are unable to accommodate the package dimensions or weight.

How Does Shipping to be Quoted Work:

2. Receive Your Shipping Quote

Our team will assess the best shipping options based on item size, weight, and destination. A detailed shipping cost estimate will be sent via email within 24 business hours.

3. Approve the Quote & Place Your Order

If you’re happy with the shipping cost, proceed to checkout and place your order online. Select "Shipping to Be Quoted" at checkout. Your order will be processed but not shipped until the shipping payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping invoice & final confirmation

Once the order is placed, we will send you a separate invoice for the shipping fee. After receiving the shipping payment, we will proceed with the order dispatch.

5. Order dispatch & tracking

Once the shipping fee is paid, your order will be packed and shipped immediately. A tracking number will be provided for order monitoring.

Change of Mind Returns:

• Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
• Condition of Items: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Refund Details: Refunds will be issued minus the freight charges we've incurred.
• Customer's Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our facility.
• NOTE: Gas struts are an exception to our policy where they have been filled with gas per your request/order. 

How to Initiate a Return:

3. RMA Number: Our team will process your return and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

5. Include RMA Number: Clearly include the RMA number on your return package.

Receiving Your Refund:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund, deducting the original freight charges.
